Bendecida con una voz privilegiada, esta chica de 22 años de Hackney, al este de Londres, ha permanecido con Bleeding Love durante cuatro semanas en el nº1 de la lista de singles de Reino Unido, vendiendo 600.000 ejemplares en siete días y más de 1.600.000 a día de hoy. Este éxito lanzó su primer álbum Spirit, al nº1 en la primera semana (continúa en el nº1 por cuarta semana consecuticva) superando el récord de ventas de The Arctic Monkeys del pasado año.
